I am a futurist and leadership mentor. I played an advocate and blogger for self-directed teams throughout my career, an expert in introducing new technology and people leadership styles to once-dead teams that littered corporate America. As an early retiree, my passion for inspiring change and wonder has emerged through introspective story-telling and filmmaking.
My love of family drives me to create experiences that bring the generations together. As a man of faith and seeker of truth, I integrate noble values wherever I can while recognizing that I am a feeble member of a broken and divided human race, often falling short of such high ideals.
When I was a kid, my brothers and I spent hours on end acting out original stories with diverse characters, recording our antics with sound effects to play back to parents, aunts, and uncles. So, when I had children of my own, their many nights were filled with stories only a father would tell, sometimes gross, often funny, and always imaginative, complete with lessons about life.
I am an early adopter of tech, always hoping for the possibility of illuminating a new and better future. My hobbies include film and video creation, scale model-building, and writing just for fun.
